Your customers want to do business with someone that loves their business and creates a fun environment. Is that you?

Secret #3 – Be a Product of the Product

You must speak, live, and breathe whatever product or service that you are marketing. Everyone around you should know about your product or service, because you are a product of your product.

If no one knows what you do, that’s a HUGE issue! Commit to be a product of your product, and your business results will radically explode!

Secret #4 – Attention Grabbing, People Stopping Signage

Say this out loud – “I am Earning More Because I am Learning More!” Commit to listening to and learning from your customers.

Secret #6 – Last Impression… Leave with a Bonus

The very last thing that you do or say to your customer is the only thing that they will remember.

Make sure that you are memorable! Speak empowering words to them as they leave and give them some type of Bonus that they will value.

It doesn’t have to be a super expensive Bonus. Just something that lets them know that you appreciate them. Remember, you are creating a long-term relationship.

Secret #7 – Follow-Up and Follow-Through

You must simply do what you say that you are going to do.
